At Formess Industrial, we assist facilities operating with refrigeration and HVAC systems containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-Gases) in achieving full compliance with environmental regulations while actively contributing to their sustainability targets.

We provide comprehensive technical support for the installation, periodic maintenance, repair, and leakage detection of F-Gas containing equipment. These operations are executed by our specialized technical team, who hold VQA-approved (Vocational Qualifications Authority) Level 5 F-Gas Technical Personnel certificates. All our services strictly adhere to TS 13905 and TS 12850 standards under our TSE Service Competence Certificate.

1- Refrigerant Gas Leakage Control

Regulatory frameworks mandate that cooling and HVAC equipment containing F-Gases must undergo technical inspections by VQA-certified technicians 1 to 4 times a year, depending on their CO₂ equivalent (CO₂e) capacity.

2- Regulatory Compliant Reporting

All inspections are meticulously documented in formats fully compliant with current regulations. Officially valid, stamped, and signed reports are delivered to our clients in both physical and digital formats.

3- Ministry of Environment EKOMVET Data Entry

Every technical intervention and gas charging procedure is comprehensively recorded. These activities are logged directly into the equipment’s official registry via the EKOMVET (Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change) system, ensuring complete traceability and compliance.
